[Apartment Lease Period]
The lease term starts at 6 months.

[Cost details]
Direct rental of cooperative apartments does not require intermediary fees.
The deposit is one month's rent, and cannot be refunded for breach of contract after booking a property. 
Service management fee: A service fee of SGD 200 per person will be charged. which is non-refundable and cannot be deducted from the rent. 
Services Content: Consultation and reservation, preparation of contracts, leading students to move in, familiarizing them with the living environment, assisting in following up and handling all issues after moving in.  

[Payment Cycle]
Monthly payment: Deposit two and pay one
Quarterly payment: Deposit one and pay three

[Apartment Features]
Configuration: 24-hour monitoring.
Furniture is complete, clean and tidy, and you can move in with your bag.
The surrounding facilities are complete and the transportation is convenient.

[Geographical Location]
The apartment is conveniently located, adjacent to one of the largest markets on the west coast. 
There are local restaurants, parks, and sports fields around, making eating and shopping very convenient. 
Commuting to universities such as Curtin/NUS is convenient.
