The room has an independent en-suite bathroom, a square layout, and large floor-to-ceiling windows for a wide view; higher floors offer a panoramic view of the city. The public facilities are complete, with a free gym, study room, public leisure area, and a laundry room available 24 hours a day.

The security is well-established, with a 24-hour front desk and access monitoring; there is a high level of safety for late returns, and the check-in and check-out process is smooth, with friendly staff.

The apartment building is not old, and the furniture and appliances are complete, allowing for immediate move-in.

Good, but a bit far from school; it takes 20 minutes to walk there every day. I rented at Benson Yard for quite a long time, and overall, the living experience was very good. The apartment is located in the heart of Liverpool city center. It takes only five or six minutes to walk to the University of Liverpool, and just seven or eight minutes to get to Lime Street Station, making it especially convenient for both daily classes and traveling by train to other cities. The Ensuite room I rented had a private bathroom, offering great privacy. The room had plenty of natural light, and the furniture and appliances were complete and in good condition. The shared kitchen was clean and tidy, with plenty of space, making it suitable for everyday cooking. The apartment facilities are very comprehensive, with free access to the gym, cinema room, study room, and board game activity room, providing suitable spaces for leisure, studying, and exam preparation. The rent includes utilities and internet, so there is no need to calculate separate bills, which saves a lot of hassle. The front desk staff are patient and friendly, maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the security is well managed with 24-hour monitoring, making it feel very safe to live here. The commercial area, restaurants, and supermarkets downstairs are all available, making daily life and shopping very convenient. The only minor drawback is that there can occasionally be a little noise from people at night in the city center, but overall, the advantages far outweigh the disadvantages. I highly recommend this apartment to students coming to Liverpool to study.

An en-suite room of just over 10 square meters (private bathroom, shared kitchen) is considered a standard or even slightly larger room type in UK student accommodation (many en-suites in older campus areas are only 8–10 square meters). For this size and room type, having a small UK room of just over 10 square meters with a private bathroom is honestly such a blessing! 🚿 The room is around the low-to-mid teens in square meters, which is totally enough for international students! There's plenty of storage under the bed and in the wardrobe, and the desk is placed by the window, so it gets good natural light during the day and doesn't feel cramped. There's even enough space to set aside a small carpeted area as a "yoga corner" 🧘‍♀️. What I'm most satisfied with is the private bathroom—no need to compete with others for the toilet, and the shower water pressure is strong enough too (which is honestly rare in the UK). The kitchen is shared, but my flatmates are all very clean, and it comes with everything you need, including an oven and microwave. The only slight downside is that the heating is on a timed temperature control, so if you're sensitive to the cold in winter, I'd recommend preparing a small blanket. But overall, it offers great value for money, with a strong sense of safety and privacy. Highly recommended for anyone who doesn't want to live somewhere too cramped! ✨

Facilities: Pretty good Internet speed: Okay Soundproofing: Not very good; I can hear sounds from across the hall every day Overall, the stay experience was average. The basic facilities in the room are pretty good, daily use is quite convenient, and the internet speed is also okay. However, the soundproofing is indeed quite poor, which was the biggest factor affecting the experience during my stay. Sound travels between rooms quite easily, and I could hear people talking in the room across from/next to mine almost every day, especially at night when it was quieter. If you are sensitive to noise or a light sleeper, this may have a significant impact. I hope the apartment can improve the room soundproofing in the future. Overall, the other aspects are acceptable.

Very new apartment, fast internet speed, timely maintenance and replacements of equipment, friendly staff, especially good view outside the window, with a clear line of sight to the Mersey River, and on sunny days, you can see the mountains of North Wales. The apartment is in a prime location, right in the center of the city, with a Chinese supermarket, large supermarkets, and convenience stores downstairs, and it's just a step away from the train station, allowing you to catch your train with 10 minutes to spare. It's about a 15-minute journey to school.

The environment is beautiful with complete facilities, convenient transportation, the train station is just downstairs, the room is tidy with good lighting, high cost-performance ratio, convenient dining and shopping nearby, great sound insulation, this is the first choice for renting.

This studio is quite good, the space is quite large, the service attitude is quite good, and there aren't many people. It's also relatively close to the school. The corridors inside the building are quite spacious.

Apart from the surrounding area not being very bustling, this is the best value apartment I have ever seen. The front desk is very warm and friendly, the amenities are complete, and most importantly, I have only seen this apartment with a long table that is 4 meters long in the room. It's quite comfortable.

Next to it is the University of Liverpool, which is very convenient. The internet speed is also very fast, comparable to that in China. The front desk staff are quite friendly and can help you deal with anything in a timely manner.
