How should I pay my rent?
You can choose to pay annually/quarterly/monthly.
If the rent has not been paid when it is due, will it be directly deducted from my bank card?
Won't. You need to log in to your apartment system account and set up your payment method, pay online or pay by credit card at the front desk of the apartment, or pay by bank transfer, but bank transfer is usually used in special cases (such as online payment difficulties/ payment failure, etc.), we prefer the first two payment methods. When do I need to pay the deposit?

When can I get my deposit back?
Your deposit will be refunded at the end of your lease. Can I have my courier pre-delivered before check-in?
It depends on the type of room you book, the best way is to contact the property team of the apartment and confirm. If possible, you need to write your full name and room number clearly on the package so that the staff can store it for you.
What kind of guarantor do I need to provide?
The guarantor needs to know about your occupancy and agree to your rent payment. If payment is delayed, the property will contact your guarantor. The guarantor must be at least 18 years old, have a full-time job, and have a fixed residence. Generally, the guarantor will be required to provide proof of residential address to verify identity.

Do I need to pay land tax?

When can I check in?
You can check in at the beginning of the contract. If you arrive at the apartment during non-working hours, it is best to inform the apartment in advance so that the apartment can arrange check-in.
How do I collect my access card?
After completing the check-in process at the front desk, you can get the key card from the apartment front desk
Can someone else get the key card for me?
No, for security reasons, your key card can only be collected by yourself.
Can I smoke inside the room?
The apartment is non-smoking for safety reasons and has smoke alarms. If you need to smoke, please ask the front desk of the apartment where the corresponding smoking area is located.
