Can I cancel after booking?
We have a 5-day "cooling-off period" policy. This means that if you need to cancel within 5 days of signing the lease and you haven't moved in yet, you can cancel. If the "cooling-off period" has passed, you can still cancel under certain circumstances, such as if your UK visa is denied or you fail to meet the admission requirements for your chosen university. You just need to provide the UCAS notification or visa refusal document within 72 hours of receiving the relevant notice. If you find a suitable replacement tenant, you can transfer the lease to them, and we will conduct a qualification check. Once confirmed qualified, they can take over your lease.
