As for outdoor noise, you can close the window and wear earplugs, and everything is still easy to deal with. Cleanliness: When I first moved in, the fridge had a bit of an odor and the extractor fan was a little dusty. But I wiped and cleaned the parts I could handle myself with alcohol wipes. However, food deliveries can sometimes go missing, and there is a tall Black front-desk staff member who may give Asian people extra trouble, so be careful.
