I rented the entire unit for a full year, and the overall living experience was excellent. The apartment has a well-proportioned layout, great natural lighting, and is fully equipped with furniture and appliances. The basic facilities in the apartment operated stably, and all kinds of appliances worked properly, with very few issues during the stay. The location is convenient, making commuting to school easy. Supermarkets, Chinese supermarkets, restaurants, and other shops are all available nearby, so it is very convenient to buy daily necessities, and the surrounding amenities are complete. Throughout the rental process, I communicated with the property customer service team, who responded promptly and communicated patiently and efficiently. The rental procedures were standardized, and whenever housing-related issues were reported, they were properly coordinated and handled, with maintenance matters followed up well. During my one year living here as an international student, I felt secure and worry-free. The living environment was stable, making it very suitable for students studying abroad. I would recommend it to everyone.

There are many supermarkets around the apartment, including Chinese supermarkets. The staff at the apartment is also very good. The items my friend left for me were already placed in my room by the apartment staff before I arrived in the UK. They respond to emails very promptly and quickly, are very diligent and responsible, and the rent is relatively reasonable!

The facility is new and visually pleasing. I really like this type of room, the bathroom is large and has a wet and dry separation. It takes two minutes to walk to Sainsbury's across the street from the apartment building. The bus stop is very close and convenient. I absolutely love the decoration style and color scheme of this apartment!!!
